Introducing Our Candidate Referral Bonus Scheme

Our organisation aims to attract new talent through our employees with our Candidate Referral Bonus scheme. If you suggest an individual for a legitimate position and they are subsequently employed, a referral bonus of £100 will be rewarded upon the successful completion of the new employee's probation period. There is no limit to the number of referral fees paid, as long as they meet the above criteria. If multiple employees recommend the same person, the first employee to file the recommendation will receive the referral fee. To refer someone, kindly fill out the form below.
